Summary:
Lead, coordinate, and support effort to optimize performance in a
multiple architecture environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- This position is both team and customer focused. The Engineer I
will be expected to deal directly with their team and customers at
all levels.
- This role will be extremely focused on ensuring AD Hardening
and Securing our environments.
- This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the Active
Directory, Domain Controllers, PAM, Microsoft Entra, ADFS in a
hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating tasks.
- Build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Entra AD, On-Premise
Active Directory Domain Controllers, consolidate Sites and Domains,
and monitor the health of existing systems.
- Expertise with the Merger and Acquisitions life cycle including
Domain Forrest Trusts, separating domains, and decommissioning
legacy domains.
- Strong knowledge with ADCS and KMS.
- Provide leadership and oversight on all aspects of Identity
Management and Active Directory. Organizations will come to this
team for solutions.
- Work with our vendors to ensure our environments remain stable
and any issues are resolved appropriately.
- Integrate and schematically depict complete architecture for
communications, topologies, and hardware/software protocols, and
evaluate new products.
- Perform infrastructure problem resolution and assist in the
development and documentation of technical standards.
- Monitor systems performance, ensure capacity planning is
performed and is proactive in assessing and providing
recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze and monitor protocol compatibility, perform systems
tuning, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Perform as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change
agent.
- Assist in the planning, forecasting, implementation, and
identification of resource requirements for moderately complex
systems, as well as in planning, architecture design, and
engineering.
- Lead, coordinate, execute, assess, and support programs and
applications.
- Determine architectural principles/approaches for complex
systems within multiple environments.
- Help develop the Privileged Access Management program.
- Understand the technical and business aspects of creating
and/or modifying an effective strategic technology plan.
- Initiate change/improvement to the architecture as the business
or technical requirements change.
- Demonstrate broad experience and knowledge in application
architecture for complex, cross-functional applications, with
extensive knowledge in the Identity Management Environment.
- Provide senior-level leadership to junior support teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7- 10 years.
- Skills: Demonstrate leading edge knowledge of concepts and
theories in own discipline.
- Perceived internally and externally as expert in the
function.
- Ability to teach others the technical and functional knowledge
and skills needed to achieve results at the optimum level of
performance.
- Apply leading edge knowledge to drive strategic direction of
the function and the business in partnership with IT Operations and
IT Security.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $97,600.00 - $146,400.00 and is
based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity.
These awards are allocated based on company and individual
performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual
rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid
