Commercial New Construction Project Manager (Fuel Station & Convenience Store Construction Specialist) Base Salary : $100,000 to 165,000 (100% based on # of years' experience and project list) Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of fuel station and convenience store construction? Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial New Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will oversee all aspects of construction for new commercial projects, with a specific focus on fuel stations and convenience stores. You will leverage your expertise to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Manage assigned commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through successful completion and handover. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost targets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of project tasks. Implement and enforce a comprehensive safety program to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Conduct regular site inspections, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. Manage project documentation, including daily logs, reports, change orders, and permits. Proactively address project challenges, develop and implement effective solutions, and maintain project momentum. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fuel station and convenience store construction projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management. Past commercial projects must have budget sizes between 5 and 25 million. Proven experience in successfully completing complex construction projects on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices specific to fuel station and convenience store construction. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and permitting processes for fuel stations and convenience stores. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of construction professionals. Proficient in construction scheduling software and project management tools. Valid driver's license.
