Job Description:
A company is looking for a Promotion and Offer Manager to
support the development and execution of effective promotions and
offers to attract and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive promotion
and offer strategy aligned with growth targets
Create and manage a promotional calendar, ensuring timely execution
of offers and promotions
Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions and offers,
providing regular reports and insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
Experience in Growth/Performance Marketing/CRM/Product with a focus
on promotions optimization
Previous experience running similar programs is a plus
Bachelor's degree
Solid experience in Growth/Marketing
SQL knowledge is highly preferred
