    About the Role The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Pre-commercialization Marketing. This pivotal role involves leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies to prepare the company's innovative biologic products for potential future launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing the pre-commercial marketing plan, which includes market research, brand planning, financial analysis, and the development of digital marketing campaigns. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that marketing and patient perspectives are integrated into the commercialization process. The role also requires the candidate to have a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on specialty launch and pre-launch experience, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing teams.The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a BS/BA degree in a business or related discipline, with an MBA strongly preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience. They must be highly analytical, data-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands a leader who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and who can work effectively in a remote setting. The Executive Director will be expected to demonstrate the company's core values of caring, originality, and resilience, and to have a strong executive presence with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities also include partnering with various functions such as commercial operations, finance, and medical affairs, to ensure a cohesive approach to the commercialization strategy.
