billyGO is seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Search
Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has
a proven track record in managing successful paid search & social
ad campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a
data-driven approach to optimization and growth. Experience with
video ads and utilizing AI tools is preferred for this role. This
role combines technical marketing expertise with strategic thinking
to help expand billyGO's digital presence across North Texas.

Marketing Director and in-house Videographer/Content Creator,

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
As our Paid Search & Paid Social Marketing Specialist, you'll be
responsible for driving qualified leads through various paid
digital channels. Your daily responsibilities will include:
--- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Director to
develop and execute marketing strategies, and partner with our
Videographer/Content Creator to ensure paid campaigns align with
content initiatives and brand messaging
--- Agency Management: Oversee relationships with current marketing
agencies, evaluate their performance, identify opportunities for
improvement, and assess potential for bringing services in-house to
optimize efficiency and ROI
--- Campaign Management: Create, optimize, and manage paid search
campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
platforms
--- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive paid search
strategies aligned with business goals and seasonal trends in the
HVAC and plumbing industries
--- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword
research using advanced tools and AI platforms to identify
high-value search terms and optimize campaign targeting
--- AI Integration: Leverage AI tools for campaign optimization,
audience targeting, and performance prediction
--- Budget Optimization: Manage monthly ad spend budgets while
continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and lead
generation
--- Audience Targeting: Create and refine audience segments to
reach potential customers across the North Texas service area
--- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B
testing, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable
insights
--- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with web team to
optimize landing pages and conversion paths
--- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry
trends to maintain competitive advantage
--- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and
customer service teams to understand customer needs and optimize
campaigns accordingly

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
--- 5+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, with
demonstrated success in Google Ads and Meta Ads
--- Strong background in keyword research and search intent
optimization
--- Experience with AI tools for marketing optimization and
automation
--- Google Ads and Meta certifications highly preferred
--- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for lead generation
and ROI
--- Experience with bid management tools and analytics
platforms
--- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and
reporting
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
--- Experience with YouTube Ads and video campaign optimization
--- Knowledge of the HVAC/plumbing industry or local services
marketing
--- Experience with call tracking and lead attribution systems
--- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation
platforms
--- Background in local service area marketing
--- Experience with integrations, Python or other dev languages for
data analysis (bonus)
