Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX)
business unit who is passionate about the eCommerce industry and
has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a
fast-paced environment.About the Job:This is a technical job
limited to technical organizations. The Senior Technical Product
Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision,
roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams
to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business
objectives. Requires familiarity with software development
methodologies and best practices, service-oriented architecture,
and product analytics, and experience in managing complex or
high-priority technical products and influencing strategic
decisions related to the product.Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business,
or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, master's in
technology management) is often preferred.
- Product Management certifications like CSPO, PMC-VI or
equivalent preferred.Experience:
- 4-6 years' experience in product management, particularly in
the digital e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical products from
conception to launch.
- Experience in a senior or leadership role, with demonstrated
ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in digital acquisition space, launching customer
facing digital journeys.
- Past scrum team PM experience, working with UX, QA teams,
Product releases, insights, VOC analysis is required.Technical
Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development
processes, APIs, and system architecture.
- Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies
such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, content
management systems (CMS), and payment gateways.Analytical and
Data-Driven:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage data analytics and business intelligence
tools to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and performance
optimization.Customer-Centric Approach:
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the
e-commerce space.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and
gathering customer feedback.
- Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product
features.Strategic Vision:
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and
strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Experience in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing
features based on market opportunities and customer needs.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new digital opportunities
to drive growth and innovation.Leadership and Collaboration:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide
cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with
the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus
and drive buy-in for product initiatives.Project Management:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in setting clear goals, defining metrics for
success, and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business
needs and priorities.Market and Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the digital e-commerce landscape,
including trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
relevant to digital commerce.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and
customer acquisition channels.Adaptability and Agility:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the
latest industry developments and best practices.
- Experience in managing and mitigating risks associated with
digital product development.Our Senior Tech Product Manager earns
between $118,800.00-$178,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the

starting salary within this range may depend on geography,
