Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Strategic Accounts
& Product Collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the operational point of contact for high-impact accounts,
driving cross-functional alignment and execution
Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs and
feedback into actionable insights and roadmaps
Build and maintain project plans for account-specific initiatives,
tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in program or project management, with
exposure to product development cycles
Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics between Product,
Sales, and Customer Success
Proficiency in MSFT Office and Google tools
Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts is a
plus
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment
