Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate
Fellowship Program Cohort 1-2025.Verizon is seeking a driven and
analytical individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you
will play a critical part in optimizing the internal & external
customer journey and driving revenue growth within our rapidly
evolving 5G and private network ecosystem. You will leverage your
deep understanding of the wireless landscape, data-driven
decision-making, and collaborative approach to identify
opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance the overall
customer experience. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading the charge in optimizing the end-to-end journey for
products and services, focusing on key touchpoints from initial
engagement through post-sales support.
- Analyzing customer journeys, identify pain points and areas for
improvement, and develop actionable strategies to enhance
efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Spearheading the development and implementation of process
improvements, automation initiatives, and data orchestration
solutions to streamline operations and enable scalable
commerce.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including
Sales, Product, Network Engineering, IT, Legal, and Finance, to
ensure seamless integration and alignment across all customer
touchpoints.
- Championing the migration to new technologies and platforms,
anticipating challenges and developing mitigation strategies to
ensure a smooth transition for both internal and external
customers.
- Developing compelling presentations and communications to
effectively articulate optimization strategies, progress updates,
and business impact to stakeholders at all levels.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and
competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations and drive
continuous improvement.What we're looking for...You'll need to
have:
- Must be a current participant of the Department of Defense
Skillbridge Program or of the Hiring our Heroes Corporate
Fellowship Program Cohort 1-2025.
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work
experience.
- Three or more years of relevant experience required,
demonstrated through work experience and/or military
experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop data-driven
solutions.
- The ability to effectively convey information and influence
decisions across all levels of the organization and experience
presenting to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced, matrixed environment.Even better if you have one or
more of the following:
- Master's degree, ideally an MBA.
- Green Belt/Black Belt or PMP certification.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, UX design, and
service design principles.
- Executive presence and strong influencing skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to learn and stay up to
date on the wireless industry evolution
