Employer Direct Healthcare, LLC d/b/a Lantern Specialty Care
seeks Technical QA Leads.

Telecommuting available anywhere in the U.S.
HQ at 2100 Ross Ave, Suite 1900, Dallas, TX 75201.
Position requires remote employees to travel to company HQ in
Dallas, TX approximately 20% of the time.
Multiple openings.
Duties include: Plan, implement, lead, and execute all aspects of
automated software quality and testing; Coordinate the efforts of
all internal and external testing personnel; Define QA strategy and
best practices for test automation regarding regression, and
release; Execute projects through a standard software testing
methodology (test planning, test scope identification, test case
development, test execution, reviews, and defect management);
Identify testing dependencies and highlighting issues and risks to
project team; Effectively execute tests, develop and report quality
KPIs, and record results while working with others to identify and
resolve defects; Coordinate with offshore QA team and onsite team
to track testing execution status; Deliver test status reports to
IT leadership; Analyze Business Requirements Documents to
understand system from technical and business perspectives and
design testing accordingly; Develop automation scripts for new
features and updates in legacy modules; Implement tools to reduce
data preparation effort for running Automation tests across
multiple environments and for performance testing; Create and
review test scenarios and test cases for mobile apps on iOS and
Android platform; Analyze test results and reports generated during
testing to validate feature functioning; Coordinate with QA and
business teams for system integration and UAT testing; Participate
in code deployment to Production environments by validating the
application while the code is being deployed and once deployed; and
Support project planning by providing technical details on tasks,
estimates, resource projections and project preparations.
Position supervises approximately 16 offshore technical employees,
including QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and Technical Project
Manager.
Position requires Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Electronic
Engineering, or closely-related field and 5 years of experience as
Software Test Engineer, Software Engineer, Test Engineer, Quality
Assurance Analyst or closely-related position, where such
experience included 1) designing and implementing test automation
frameworks for web application using Selenium, Cypress, or similar
tools; 2) designing and implementing test automation frameworks for
data pipelines using Pytest or similar tools; 3) designing and
implementing test automation frameworks for mobile application
using Appium, Browserstack or similar tools; 4) using CI/CD tools
and integrating test framework in Azure cloud; and 5) API testing
using Postman, Cypress, or similar tools.
