• Oversee and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the strategy and development team to align transactions with business objectives.
• Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, providing strategic advice to senior management.
• Assist in the integration of acquired entities post-closing, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance.What Are We Looking For
  • Preferred 10-15 years' experience with corporate, M&A background. Some in-house experience preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Extensive experience in corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, with a proven track record in managing high-stakes deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Deep understanding of corporate law, securities law, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific regulations.Work Environment
