Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pendo Success Specialist to drive the integration of in-product help capabilities within their software products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the rollout of Adopt instances and manage implementation goals
Deliver training sessions for new Adopt customers to ensure successful onboarding
Develop engaging content and optimize user experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience with Pendo Engage Platform or similar products
Experience with Pendo Adopt
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
Experience with Jira or a content management system
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
