Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Advisor Specialist I to provide
high-touch customer service in managing health advisory
services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions by collecting medical summaries and
facilitating appointments
Collaborate with medical teams and ensure timely communication with
customers
Utilize CRM tools to track customer needs and ensure data
accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Customer service experience with strong phone and video
presence
Computer proficiency in MS Office
Experience with a CRM is a plus
