Founded 25+ years ago, our team is based in the Greater Phoenix area with several offices in the US. We are continuing to grow and looking to add a Professional Land Surveyor to our Dallas location.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports on findings. The main objective of this position is to provide accurate and reliable surveys to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features
• Prepare reports and drawings based on survey findings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to provide accurate survey information
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to survey teams
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
  • Knowledge of Land Surveyor principles, methods, and techniques
  • Experience with Topographic, Boundary and Construction Surveys
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or Carlson is preferred
  • Professional Land Surveyor license in TX
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience as a Party Chief is preferred
