Job Description:

A company is looking for a GTM Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Salesforce.com CRM administration and configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure Salesforce.com CRM to meet business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Implement and manage Agile Scrum processes for efficient project delivery

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM administration and configuration
Salesforce Administrator certification
3-5 years of experience as an analyst in the channel domain
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
Experience in Sales, Partner, or Community Cloud
