Genesis10 is seeking a Production Support, .Net Software Engineer for our client in the Financial Services Industry. This is a Full Time/Perm opportunity located in Irving, TX 75038.

What You'll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for business stakeholders reporting technical issues
Analyze and resolve production issues independently when possible
Develop new features and maintain existing functionality in our .NET and Angular applications.
Work on Python applications and scripts when needed.
Write and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and maintain database performance
Collaborate with the development team on larger, more complex initiatives
Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on architectural decisions
Document solutions and maintain technical documentation

Key Responsibilities Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using root cause analysis
Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Angular, and related technologies
Write clean, maintainable code following team standards and best practices
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Document technical solutions and maintain system documentation
Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and communicate findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in .NET framework and C#
Hands-on experience with Angular (2+) and TypeScript
Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning
Experience with Entity Framework (both Code-First and Database-First approaches)
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Version control with Git
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications Python programming experience
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services
Knowledge of Agile development practices
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with unit testing and test automation
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Good judgment in escalating complex issues when necessary
