What You'll Be Doing:
As an Installation Technician, you will play a critical role in
designing and implementing advanced low-voltage commercial AV
systems for businesses across the country. Your expertise will
drive the installation of LED/LCD video walls, touch panels,
speakers, and more, delivering immersive experiences that captivate
audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Cable Management: Pulling and terminating cables with precision and
assembling racks, patch bays, and mixing consoles.
Technical Integration: Crafting seamless connectivity between
components for flawless system operation.
Certifications and Safety: Training to obtain DOT and OSHA 10
certifications to ensure safe and high-quality work.
Travel Opportunities: Installing systems across diverse industries
nationwide, with travel 50-75% of the time, including overnight
stays.

Air Force: 3D1X7 (Cable and Antenna Systems), 3E051 (Electrical
Systems)

Coast Guard: IT (Information Systems Technician), ET (Electronics
Technician)
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates with the following skills and
experience:
High integrity, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
Organizational skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Background in AV, telecommunications, construction, or a related
field.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to solder and crimp connectors (XLR, RJ45, TRS, BNC, and
F-CONN).
Comfort working in construction environments, including wearing
PPE.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Current OSHA 10 certification (a plus).

Physical Requirements The combination of physical and mental
requirements is necessary for completing the responsibilities,
essential functions, and meeting the demands of the role. The
employee must have the ability to lift and move objects weighing up
to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 20 feet tall, and work in extreme
weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. They may
also be required to work in dusty or unclean environments, confined
spaces, and on uneven surfaces. Safety is paramount, necessitating
effective communication with colleagues and constant alertness to
surroundings. The employee will be frequently required to stand,
walk, reach, climb, and perform tasks that involve stooping,
kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Additionally, the job may require
long hours, night shifts, weekend work, and holiday commitments,
including extensive travel for weeks at a time. The employee must
be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner to meet
deadlines and effectively communicate to successfully perform all
required responsibilities.
