CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking three Automation Maintenance Technicians for a medical device manufacturing client in the west Frisco, TX area. As the Automation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in maintaining high speed, high precision automated production equipment, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing machinery quickly and effectively. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of strong mechanical experience maintaining high-speed automated manufacturing equipment, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain detailed documentation logs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a company that is growing and offers a collaborative culture. We are also hiring for an Automation Engineer for the same great company. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Requirements & Responsibilities for the Automation Maintenance Technician:

Minimum of 2 years of strong mechanical experience maintaining high-speed, high precision automated manufacturing equipment
Recent Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's graduates or candidates working towards a Mechanical Engineering degree with internship experience are encouraged to apply
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain machinery ensure seamless operations and reduce downtime.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to work closely with engineers, technicians and machine operators as well as maintain detailed maintenance documentation logs.
Strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions for production challenges.
Ability to perform quality work at a fast pace to resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.



Compensation for the Automation Maintenance Technician:

Direct hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday (openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available)

Pay: $27-30/hour (+/- based on experience) (shift differential available for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Location: 100% on-site in West Frisco
