Job Description:
A company is looking for a B2B Support Specialist to enhance the
experience for their business customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Define B2B support strategy and manage technical ticket
escalations
Identify and escalate gaps in customer experience, providing
feedback to internal teams
Develop knowledge base articles and collaborate with various teams
to improve consumer experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
3+ years of experience in technical support and escalation
management for B2B accounts
Technical proficiency in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
Hands-on experience with PC building and troubleshooting
hardware/software issues
Proficiency in Jira or similar issue-tracking software and help
desk systems
