Responsibilities:

--- Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld
--- Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing
--- Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations
--- Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts
--- Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal
--- Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract
--- Cultivate and manage leads, nurturing them through the sales process.

--- A proven record of sales experience and success
--- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
--- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
--- Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems
