Customer Service Representative
NCH is currently looking for a skillful Customer Service
Representative to support our overall business strategy. The
Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing
and following up on orders in a high volume call center
environment. We offer a diverse set of position requirements, a

Responsibilities:
* Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure high
customer satisfaction
* Field 80-100 inbound calls per day
* Find creative solutions for difficult problem orders
* Process purchase orders
* Provide outstanding customer service to internal/external
customers
Skills:
* 3-5 years of Customer Service experience in a high volume
department
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Superior time management and ability to multi-task
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent phone communication and strong written skills
* Ability to work in multiple search screens to answer calls
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
