We are seeking a talented and ambitious Retail Co-Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby. As a Co-Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing operational leadership and mentoring new and existing team members.Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Work closely with the Store Manager to provide leadership and guidance to team members.

  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of successful retail management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Show a strong ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
