PAYROLL SAP experience is REQUIRED.
--- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)

One-year onsite Contract role



Job Description: Role & Responsibilities -
--- Support weekly and biweekly Ad hoc payroll processing
--- Load supplemental pay file upon request
--- Identify and resolve errors during processing
--- Validate regression testing and coordinate thru error resolution
--- Support SAP file loads
--- Basic Ad hoc query request
--- Works closely with management in preparation for compliance audits and other projects as needed


Required Qualifications -
--- High school diploma & 4 years of related education, i.e.: business or accounting and/or relevant work experience
--- PAYROLL SAP experience is REQUIRED.
--- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
--- Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
--- Knowledge of FLSA, federal and state laws, etc.
--- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
--- Must possess a strong characteristic for attention to detail and accuracy
--- Problem-solving; organizing and prioritizing work demands to meet critical deadlines
--- Perform and understand basic payroll calculations
--- Must be able to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications -
--- Certified Payroll Professional designation (CPP)
--- Prior experience working in a shared service or center of excellence environment
