Job Description:

Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Irving, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a team that values expertise and offers the chance to make a real impact.

Pay: $14/hr

Remote Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll respond to inbound calls, assist with order placement, upsell and cross-sell products, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Your role will be key in ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls for order placement and customer inquiries
* Upsell and cross-sell additional items to customers
* Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
* Respond quickly and effectively to customer needs
* Provide creative solutions and go above and beyond to assist customers
* Ensure efficient order entry and file maintenance
* Ask probing questions and address customer objections

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 6 months of customer service experience (in-person or over the phone)
* Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and basic computer literacy (minimum 30 wpm)
* Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and self-motivated
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
